Taxes

All orders will be shipped always from SLOVAK REPUBLIC, EU.

Your order will probably be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Unfortunately, BikeSecurity.Net has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.

The shipping charges you have pay to BikeSecurity.Net dont include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to BikeSecurity.Net and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.

BikeSecurity.Net has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please do not ask us to do so - we don't have this information. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.

It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order!

Delivery terms
Average delivery time is at intervals 1-31 days, depends on kind of ordered goods and customer location. Offer on web sites don´t display current stock , but it shows all products offered by our suppliers. Thereat it may extend a delay. In this case the custommer will be noticed and he can cancel the Order when the delivery time is inconvenient. It´s also valid in case of discarding the goods from shop offer. The goods on stock are shipped immediately!

Goods despatch is every working day till 11:00 a.m. by courier /UPS, TEN Expres, DPD, TNT, Slovak Post/. The custommer have to pay in advance and after payment receiving /put to our account/, goods will be sent. Our shop swear to supply goods to that adress which is on order form labelled as delivery adress. If the adress is not correct, or if custommer will refuse the shipment, all additional charges will be stating on his account. Transportation costs include transportation fees, packing and manipulation, SK VAT. Dont include banking fees, duty, taxes on customer site. Shipping fees for your order will be calculated individually depending from your country, destination, shipping service. Ask for your rates before order will be done. We ship always from Slovak republic /Slovakia/, EU member.

Waranty and returns
Custommer have to visual check goods by received. He can refuse this goods when it was damaged by transport or goods is not complete. Then the goods will be changed or the price will be refunded. Custommer have to return goods in original package /complete contents/, include manual, installation material, documents. On each goods is provided waranty. Reparation fees in warranty time are free. Transportation charges or miss-reclaim charges stand by custommer. Amended goods according by custommer wish /custom manufacturing/ is impossible to return. Try-out period is not provided, custommer should made your own decision in advance. Each return must be advised through email in advance.
